Ever been frustrated while using a website?
What if people are having that experience on your website? Too many businesses are leaving money on the table because they have a website that’s unclear, ugly, or just plain hard to use.

Ever lost sleep over a bad review?
Have you ever looked at reviews before making a purchase? Too many businesses are losing potential customers because they have fewer good reviews, or more bad reviews, than their competitors.
We help good businesses put their best foot forward with clear, beautiful websites, online review management, and more.
If you do good work, people talk.
Ahoy there!
Vic here; I'm the guy behind Strong Sites.
Many folks are embarrassed about their website. It’s unclear, ugly, or both.
But your website should be your hardest worker.
I believe every good business deserves a strong website, so I’ve spent 15 years building clear, clean sites that earn trust and drive results.
Keep scrolling to learn more about how I can help you get a website you're proud of.
In your corner!
I make it simple to get a strong website.
Here’s how it works:
We hop on a free call and I learn about what you do and what you’re looking for.
If it seems like we’re a good fit, I send you a proposal and a project agreement.
If you’re ready to go, you sign + pay a 25% deposit, and we get started.
I divide the process into 3 phases:
PHASE |
WHAT HAPPENS |
|---|---|
| CONTENT | We have a kickoff call to get aligned on style and content, then we work together to gather the words + images needed for a great website. |
| BUILDOUT | You kick back and relax (or get back to putting out fires) while I build you an awesome website. |
| LAUNCH | We review and revise your website on a live call, and unless there's more work needed, we go live after our review call. Voila! |
The remaining 75% is split into 3 payments, each due at the end of a phase.
Got questions?

My full custom builds typically range between $3K and $12K. Costs vary based on the number of pages, the amount of content to be created, functionalities, integrations, level of search engine optimization (SEO) level needed, the project timeline, and other factors.
I also offer one-hour live support sessions for fixing specific issues. If we haven't worked together before, these sessions provide a great way to try out working together.
-
Most projects take between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the scope and client responsiveness. Quick communication is key to avoiding delays. High-priority, high-intensity custom builds can be completed in as little as 48 hours. Let me know if you need something quickly.
-
Yes, you will own your site and domain. Each client pays directly for their own domain registration and hosting, ensuring full ownership and control.
-
Yes! Every site I build includes a custom tutorial video showing how to edit every aspect of your site. If you prefer ongoing support, I offer flexible packages, but you're never locked into them.
-
Words (called “copy”) are a collaboration. You know your business best, and I know web design and copywriting. I'll ask questions about your business and write compelling website copy based on your answers. You'll have the chance to review and revise during content creation and the revision phase, making it a partnership.
-
My web design process consists of three phases: content gathering and creation, design and build, and revisions and launch. In phase one, we collaborate to gather all written and visual content. In phase two, I design and build the website. In phase three, we review the site together, refine it, and then launch it.
-
I take payments in four installments: a 25% upfront deposit, and then 25% at the end of each of the three project phases. I can take payments via secure ACH or credit card.
-
Ongoing costs include hosting (usually ~$20/month), domain name registration (often ~$20/year), and any other subscription software that you want integrated into your website. Setup and configuration of everything in our scope is included in my fee.

Here are some folks I’ve helped.

The online hub for a social gathering spot
"I can't say enough positive things about Vic. He designed a website for my business and it was an absolutely great experience. I've worked with many other web design firms in the past 20 years and this is by far the best. Our website was done on time and on budget...which is very rare. I highly recommend him."

"Vic has been instrumental to the building and expansion of my practice. Not only did he give my business website a beautiful facelift, but he also understood what my clients would be looking for and made it easily accessible. A website is like a house.
Plenty of people have a house, but few have built one from scratch.
And there are all kinds of houses. You’ve got full-custom builds, modular factory homes, massive mansions, charming treehouses.
But just because a building is big doesn’t mean it’s well-designed or well-built. A pole barn can be huge and still cheap or poorly made. A tiny home can be miniscule but absolutely perfect.
Another angle: a lot of homeowners do their own maintenance. Some do a great job. Some… not so much. And everyone, at some point, hits a project they just can’t handle on their own.
That’s where I come in.
Sure, lots of folks have hung art on their walls, repainted a room, or patched a few nail holes. But not many know how to strip a room down to the studs, rebuild the subfloor, and put it all back together better than before.
Yes, you can build your own house (or your own website). But it’ll take 10X as long and be 10% as good as if you’d hired an architect and a builder.
Life is too short to have a bad website.
Book a call with me and let’s build you one you’re proud of.
