How it works
Three phases. Content, Buildout, Launch. You pay 25% to start, then 25% at the end of each phase. Most projects take 4 to 8 weeks.
What it costs
Full custom builds start at $3,500. Scope, page count, functionality, and timeline shape the final number. You’ll get a flat project fee in your proposal. I also offer one-week sprint builds at $2,500 for qualifying small businesses or to get a core site up quickly before a bigger version-two build.

Full custom builds start at $3,500. Most projects land between $5,000 and $25,000 depending on page count, content creation, functionality, integrations, and timeline. You’ll always get a flat project fee up front. Semi-custom sprint builds are available for some websites at a lower cost.

Most projects take 2 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly content comes together. Need it faster? I offer sprints that launch in under a week.

Absolutely. You own your site and your domain, full stop. Whenever possible, you pay for your own hosting and domain directly, and nothing is ever held hostage.

Yep. Every site comes with a custom tutorial video covering how to edit every part of your site. If you’d rather I handle updates, support plans are available, but you’re never locked in.

It’s a collaboration. You know your business; I know how to write for the web. I ask the right questions, draft the words, and you review and refine. You’ll never be stuck staring at a blank page.

Squarespace, much of the time; it’s a solid platform whose strengths match well with the needs of many small businesses. I’m a Circle Platinum member and I’ve built hundreds of sites on that platform. But I fit the platform to the project, not the other way around. When the job calls for Shopify, WordPress, or something else, I’ll tell you straightaway and we’ll build to suit your needs.

Your hosting and domain, which are usually under $30/month and $20/year respectively, paid directly to your providers.
Plus any third-party apps or services you add to your site (such as Termageddon for legalese pages or Monocle for better search).
Plus a support plan with me if you want one (which vary depending on your needs).
