CHALLENGE
Dr. Anthony Bradley had a book coming out from Baker Books in November and no home for it online. He wanted something in the spirit of The Anxious Generation’s site: the book at the center, with a clear signal that the ideas were meant to grow into a movement. The site had four jobs. Sell the book. Explain why fatherhood is an urgent problem. Invite people and organizations to join. Build a list for whatever comes next.
The clock was the hard part. He wrote in late August, the publisher’s marketing team was about to get involved, and the copy, photos, and bibliography were all still on the way.
SOLUTION
I sent a mockup with my first reply, kicked off three days later, and had a first draft ready for review nine days after that. The homepage runs the argument in order: the problem in a few hard numbers, the book, four ways to take action, events, join the movement. Pre-order buttons point to five retailers and a pre-order bonus page the publisher asked for once they saw the draft.
The resources page runs on a hidden blog collection, so his team can add links without touching a layout. The bibliography the print edition left out lives on its own page. Author bio, speaking requests, and Substack sit under a More menu so the main nav stays short. I invited Dr. Bradley in as an editor so he could wordsmith directly, and shared analytics with Baker’s marketing lead so ads could point at real numbers.
RESULTS
The site went live on September 7, sixteen days after the first email and two months ahead of the book. Dr. Bradley announced it to his network the same week, and Baker’s marketing team shared it with theirs as the central hub for the book and the larger movement.
The join form is building the list, the pre-order links are live, and the author can edit the site himself.

AUTHOR, THE FATHERHOOD EFFECT
“Creatively brilliant”
Vic designed an incredible website for my book project! He is a pleasure to work with (very responsive), and creatively brilliant. He understood my vision for the site and executed in a manner that is professional, powerful, and user-friendly. The response I have gotten from the site has been overwhelmingly positive. Vic was very clear during our entire process. He was quick to respond and provided great ideas that enhanced my original plans for the site. Vic truly knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about doing great work for his clients. My website is truly exceptional and I would highly recommend Strong Sites.
