CHALLENGE
Mosaic offers a wide range of counseling services, from individual therapy to hydro beds to eco-therapy camps, but old site buried and obscured so much of what was on offer.
The heart of the practice, the idea of “finding beauty in the broken pieces,” was present visually yet not fully articulated in the copy.
Solution
We recast the language to speak directly to what clients are feeling and seeking: clarity, safety, and someone who sees the whole person. Each section introduces services in simple terms, then briefly explains how Mosaic approaches care in that area.
Therapist bios, location information, and group details are laid out warmly and clearly, so visitors can scan quickly while still sensing the humanity behind the practice.
Results
The site now presents Mosaic as a grounded, welcoming home for transformation and healing, rather than an abstract list of modalities. Visitors can choose their own adventure and understand what working with Mosaic might feel like.
That combination of clarity and warmth lowers the barrier to reaching out, which is often the hardest step for someone seeking counseling.
